At House of Pilates you follow traditional Reformer Pilates group lessons, under the guidance of experienced and certified instructors. We combine traditional Reformer Pilates with functional strength training for a powerful full-body workout of 50 minutes.

Our team consists of instructors with a background in reformer Pilates and personal training. In addition, we have a personal trainer in our team with more than 20 years of experience in personal training, in the field of functional training such as CrossFit, Olympic lifting, kettlebells and more. He also has a background in top sports, where he has been active at a high level in basketball and American football.

 

All this knowledge and experience come together in our reformer pilates classes. Thanks to this unique combination, we offer challenging, unique and intensive, but achievable reformer pilates classes. The classes are intensive, but not too heavy; they are clear, with exercises that are challenging, but without the classes being too busy or overwhelming.
