Foundation + Strength
Experience our modern high-intensity Reformer Pilates classes, where we combine the core-strengthening benefits of traditional Pilates with dynamic movements and springs for variable resistance. Our method integrates elements of Pilates, strength training and cardio into every workout . This increases your heart rate, challenges your muscles and strengthens and lengthens them at the same time. an increased intensity and energy, matching the more challenging Reformer Pilates classes.
Each class provides a full-body workout that will challenge you while building a strong foundation.
Please note: The Spicy Reform class does not replace our standard Reform Flow . Reform Flow remains as intense and effective as ever. Spicy Reform is an additional option for those looking for more of a challenge.

JUMP & BURN
Power + Cardio
Step into our energetic high-intensity Reformer Pilates classes, where we combine the power of traditional Reformer Pilates with intense cardio and strength training. These dynamic sessions are ideal for those looking for a challenging workout that not only strengthens your muscles, but also improves your endurance and fitness. We increase the intensity with the jumpboard, providing a powerful cardio experience that will get your heart rate soaring. It’s the perfect mix of toning and endurance, building both strength and flexibility.
Please note: Do you have an ankle or Achilles tendon injury? Then we advise you to participate in our regular classes, which are less stressful.
SPICY REFORM

Intensity + Transformation
Experience the powerful energy of our Spicy Reform Pilates classes! These high-intensity sessions take traditional Reformer Pilates to the next level by combining core-strengthening movements with dynamic exercises and variable resistance via springs. We integrate elements of Pilates, strength training, and cardio into every workout, elevating your heart rate while challenging, strengthening, and lengthening your muscles. The result is a full-body workout that builds both strength and flexibility.
The Spicy version is even more intense than our regular Reformer Pilates classes. It offers increased energy and challenge, ideal for those who really want to push the boundaries. This class does not replace our standard Reform Flow . Reform Flow remains as intense and effective as ever. Spicy Reform is an additional option for those looking for more intensity and challenge.
Please note: You must have taken at least 15 Reformer Pilates classes with us to participate in this class. This is to ensure that you have a strong foundation and mastery of the techniques.
